13) Asakusa Culture and Tourist Information Center - Overview of Senso-ji

Located directly across from Kaminarimon Gate of Senso-ji Temple, the Asakusa Culture and Tourist Information Center supports visitors by providing local tourist information. It also features a support desk to assist visitors in need. On the 8th floor, there is a free observation terrace.

Although the space is quite small, it offers one of the best spots to view the entire Senso-ji Temple from above. You can also see Nakamise Street leading from Kaminarimon to the main hall, as well as the illuminated Tokyo Skytree, making it well worth a visit.

14) Hoku-topia - Unique view of railway lines

Directly connected to Oji Station, the cultural complex “Hoku-Topia” features an observation lobby on the 17th floor that offers a hidden gem viewpoint overlooking northern Tokyo and the Kanto Plain. Admission is free, making it easily accessible to everyone. From here, you can enjoy views of Asukayama Park right below and, in the distance, the Tokyo Skytree.

16) Kasai Rinkai Park - Diamond and Flower Giant Ferris Wheel
